I have a ranger mini v2 and wanted a smaller bag as an edc crossbody, so I decided to pick this up. I’m a bit of a bigger guy (5’10’’ , 220lbs) and when the strap is fully expanded, it does not sit properly as a crossbody. The strap digs into my armpit, and is pretty tight across my chest. Overall quality is up there with my ranger mini and back loader pack. I just wish the strap was longer. Bright side, my wife loved it so it’s now hers. She said it’s the same quality as the lulu lemon crossbody for much less, so that’s a win.

First off, the quality of the product is great. This was my third hexbrand item and it is great! The issue I have is the strap. I am 5’10” but I am a larger person (I workout regularly and have a large chest). With that, this bag cannot be used as a cross body even with the strap at max length. The strap sits in my arm pit and bag sits on top of my chest (which both looks and feels awkward). Luckily, my wife liked the bag and it’s now hers. Better luck next time I guess.

I’ve been using a Ranger mini sling for over a year and liked it but it was too big for my daily needs. It is my camera bag now. So, I picked up an Aspect sling for my running around town needs. It’s perfect for a grab and go option.
