One of the Worst purchase made

What I expected as described online and what I got, were two different things. The bags quality isn’t that great and appears more dull and sloppy in person. I’ve had issues with it as I bought it to take on a trip and I e-mailed someone immediately after receiving the bag but I didn’t get any response back at all. I would recommend to steer away from this bag and go with another option.
